The menu
Six live printing services, each with a clear scope.
Every service below runs as its own staffed station with its own line on your quote. Mix them freely — the specs tell you what each one needs from the room.
Live DTF apparel printing
The workhorse. Full-color, photo-quality transfers pressed onto shirts, hoodies, and totes while guests watch. Designs are produced ahead of the event from your artwork, then matched to each guest's pick at the table — which keeps the line moving and the prints consistent. Washable, stretchable, and sharp on light or dark garments.
| Best for | Tees, hoodies, crewnecks, canvas totes |
|---|---|
| Pace | 60–90 pieces per hour per press; add presses for larger crowds |
| Blanks | Bella+Canvas 3001, Gildan Softstyle, heavyweight fleece, totes |
| Space & power | 10×10 ft; one dedicated 20A circuit |
| Add-ons | Guest names, numbers, sleeve prints, multiple design menus |
Embroidery & monogramming
A commercial embroidery head on site, stitching initials, names, and small logos into polos, caps, robes, and jacket chests. Slower and quieter than a press — which is exactly why upscale receptions and client gifting suites book it. Thread colors are matched to your brand palette in advance.
| Best for | Polos, caps, robes, jackets, gift textiles |
|---|---|
| Pace | 12–20 pieces per hour depending on stitch count |
| Space & power | 8×8 ft; standard 15A outlet; low noise |
| Add-ons | Monogram style menus, metallic threads, name personalization queue |
Hat bar
Guests pick a cap, pick a patch, and watch it heat-sealed in about ninety seconds. We stock Richardson 112 and Flexfit silhouettes in colorways chosen for your event, with a patch wall that doubles as the station's backdrop. The highest-energy station on the menu — it photographs well and it moves fast.
| Best for | Trucker caps, dad hats, foam fronts, beanies in winter |
|---|---|
| Pace | 40–60 hats per hour per press |
| Space & power | 10×10 ft including display wall; standard 15A outlet |
| Add-ons | Leather, woven, and embroidered patch menus; side-stitch personalization |
Patch bar
The hat bar's flexible cousin: chenille letters, leather badges, and woven emblems applied to whatever guests bring to the table — totes, denim, crossbody bags, jackets. Placement is part of the fun; our operators position and press each piece so it lands straight and stays put.
| Best for | Bags, denim, jackets, totes, caps |
|---|---|
| Pace | 45–70 items per hour |
| Space & power | 10×10 ft with patch display; standard 15A outlet |
| Add-ons | Custom chenille letter sets, event-branded patch runs, initials walls |
Laser engraving
Personalized hard goods, cut clean by laser: tumblers, bottle openers, dog tags, keychains, and select giftware. Names are queued from a sign-up sheet or badge list so guests can circulate and return for pickup. Great as the premium line at executive dinners and golf events.
| Best for | Tumblers, barware, keychains, tags, giftware |
|---|---|
| Pace | 15–25 pieces per hour depending on artwork |
| Space & power | 6×8 ft; standard 15A outlet; ventilation reviewed per venue |
| Add-ons | Pre-engraved logo blanks with live name personalization |
UV DTF sticker bar
Peel-and-press graphics for water bottles, phone cases, and laptops. The lowest-footprint station we run and the easiest to add to any package — it needs a table, a menu of designs, and one attendant. Popular as a second touchpoint near registration or the bar.
